Back to School Blog Hop with Kelleigh Ratzlaff

It's Back to School Season around here and for the first day of school, I like to start off with a sweet twist from the apple for the teacher. Who wouldn't love a paper apple filled with chocolate to get them through the day?

The perfect pumpkin template from Kelleigh Ratzlaff Designs was perfect for this project and made it easy to create an adorable project in minutes!

First, I attached papers from Owen's Room by Wishing Well Creations to the template and printed out the shapes to be cut and assembled. I cut and assembled the pieces to create the bottom and top of the apple.

Then, I added a paper bag stem by lightly misting it and twisting it into the shape of a stem, attaching the stem with glue dots.

Finally, I cut out leaves and curled a paper vine by wrapping it around a pencil. Instant sweet teacher's gift in minutes!
